The “High Value” personal lines market is a truly unique and complicated niche within the Personal Lines marketplace. The typical “high end” client has multiple homes, with a secondary home sometimes outside of Texas. The home Replacement Cost values usually exceed $1,000,000. In addition, this type of client will have scheduled jewelry and fines arts items, and a need for a Personal Umbrella. Depending on how high the Replacement Cost value of the home to be insured is, the markets targeting this segment will change.
